The month of Valentine’s Day calls for a Valentine’s inspired Glossybox of course! This months box is filled with a mixture of makeup, skincare and hair care for the perfect night in or night out! So no matter whether you’re having a night to yourself, a night with in or out with your friends, a night on the town or spending the time with your loved one, this box has you covered! As soon as I opened this box I fell in love with the products inside and couldn’t have been more excited to share it with all of you lovely people! But before we take a look inside, can we just take a moment to appreciate the beautiful packaging? I just love the design of this pretty pink box!
Let’s take a look inside…
Jeanne Arthes | L’Eau de Rose | RRP £2o
First of all this is the first perfume I have received in a Glossybox so I couldn’t have been more excited about this! It looks super cute and pretty and even has a gorgeous French name too. As you may have gathered from the name, it has a Rose scent which is a favourite of mine, and it just smells soooo good.
Ciaté London | Paint Pot in Iced Frappe | RRP £9
How pretty is this Ciaté nail polish though? I’ve always wanted to try some of their nail polishes and I instantly fell in love with this shade and the packaging when I saw it. Some of you may have seen on Instagram that I literally painted my nails with it the day I received my box – if you haven’t click here. Seriously, it’s just so pretty. Feel Unique also currently have a sale and this nail polish is in it and a few others by Ciaté are too so grab it cheaper while you can!
La Theorie Des Volcans | Noir Eternae Youth Face Scrub | RRP £26
Once again, I love the packaging of this product. It’s like no packaging I’ve seen on a face scrub before (am I being a bit dramatic?) but it’s just to unique and different! This face scrub/mask is paraben and silicone-free, vegan and 100% natural. Using mineral-rich volcanic paste, this mask cleanses and purifies. Not only that but it also has anti-ageing ingredients and also plumps and smoothes the skin – what more could you want?! The mask applies pink and slowly turns to grey as it gets to work removing impurities and dead skin cells. I literally can’t wait to try this out, it sounds not only amazing for your skin but also fun and different!
Garnier | Ultimate Blends Honey Treasures Strength and Restorer Balm | RRP £4.49
As some of you may know, I love to try out new hair products and find out which ones can really help my hair and make it stronger, thicker and just generally more healthy due to previous damage, so I was super happy to receive a sample of this product in my box. This balm is to be used on freshly washed hair which is still wet for 1 – 5 minutes before rinsing (although I’m sure you can use it for longer if you wish). It harnesses the hydrating properties of honey to leave hair nourished and glossy. This sounds perfect for me as I’m not very good at leaving hair masks on and then washing them off but 5 minutes sounds pretty quick and easy. I also love Garnier and I’ve tried some other bits from the Honey Treasures range which you can check out here if you’re interested. I’m sure I’ll probably go on to buy a full size of this if I like it after trying this out as it’s super affordable and this Garnier hair care range can be found in most super markets and drugstores!
Me Me Me | Beat The Blues in Oyster Gold | RRP £7.25
I have never heard of this brand before but it’s super affordable and on first impressions this highlighter looks so pretty. It can be used over foundation or on it’s own to make your cheek and brow bones pop or mixed in with foundation for all over radiance. Perfect to brighten up that winter complexion!
So that’s February’s love inspired Glossybox! What do you think, would you love it as much as me? I think this one definitely has to be one of my favourite boxes so far!
