The New Sheet Masks By Evoluderm

Towards the end of last year I discovered Evoluderm, a French beauty brand which focuses on face, body and hair care. (You can read my previous post on the brand here) Now they’ve released some new range of sheet masks and have kindly sent me one of each to try. Sheet masks are loved by many for their quick and easy skin boost with different benefits depending on which one you’re trying out, so I’m here to tell you all about each of these masks and what benefits they have and what they’re like to use.

What makes these masks unique is that they’re developed using fibres made by Lyocell, a premium material which is ideal for moisturising and taking care of the skin. They’re 50% more absorbent than cotton masks and deliver the natural ingredients gradually to boost their effect. Lyocell is also hypoallergenic and suitable for the most sensitive of skins as well as being natural, ecological and biodegradable.

First of all lets talk about the detox sheet mask. Detox masks always stand out to me compared to all others, as I quite often have problematic skin and find them to work best with spots and pores. The special ingredient in this mask is active botanical charcoal, another big winner for me as it’s the perfect ingredient to help detoxify and cleanse the skin whilst drawing out impurities. This mask claims to eliminate toxins and impurities, deeply purify the skin whilst also moisturising the skin too. This is the one I was most excited to use so I have already tried this one out. I tried this one whilst cleaning so I got to really test how well it fitted on to my face, which it did perfectly. There was no slipping and sliding whatsoever and it felt really comfortable to wear which is definitely a must for a sheet mask.

The other masks in this range include;

Whitening sheet mask – Infused with Alpine Plants to even out skin tone, leaving the skin soft, fresh and with a natural glow.

Moisturising mask – Infused with Aloe Vera to intensely soothe the skin, prevent dehydration and plump and loosen the skin from feeling tight. This mask would be so perfect for if you happened to get sunburn on your face as aloe vera is the perfect ingredient for soothing the skin or if you had just used a regular detoxifying mask, to help moisturise and loosen the skin up again as they can sometimes leave your skin feeling tight afterwards and in need of some hydration.

Anti-Ageing mask – The main ingredient in this mask is callagen to visibly reduce wrinkles, provide an immediate lifting effect, leave the skin feeling firm and revitalised.

I love that these masks are so environmentally friendly, fit perfect on your face and have the perfect ingredients for each individual need. I loved the charcoal mask so I can’t wait to give the others a go! What’s your favourite brand for sheets masks?

    I seem to get on with French skincare brands more than any other! I haven’t tried these sheet masks, but the fact they’re hypoallergenic has made me want to grab some ASAP. Especially the aloe Vera one, sounds gorgeous.

    I’ve been getting into sheet masks more and more lately. I received these from Evoluderm too, so I thought I’d have a read and see how you found them. Good to hear you like them! Sheet masks are so cooling, perfect for the current climate!
